Born in Ottawa and raised on a farm in the Ottawa Valley, Fred Brogan Joined the Military at age 18. Fred was an active volunteer throughout his 20 year military career starting a wolf cub pack in Heidleburg Germany, serving various positions on the Military Chaple Committee and Past President of the Royal Canadian Regiment association (Kingston Chapter). Fred Retired from the military in 1995 to enter into financial services. Fred is married to Janet and recently they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.
