It is with great pleasure that Next Church introduces “Frigidaire”,
a collective work of children’s artwork.

We all grew up with noodles and glue art hanging proudly from kitchen appliances. Come out, bring your moms, and see some more.

Next has been proud to sponsor and showcase local artists in their space and wish to invite the public into what we call an inspired display of creative kids and their artwork.

The works of art will be on display throughout November with an open house on Sunday November 19th 2006 from 1:30pm-3:30pm.

Curator Rhonda Lovell has been able to brighten the space with original works, and works are for sale with the proceeds going to support La Tienda, a cooperative art house in the Dominican Republic that helps women and children get off the street, and into a viable business.

Next Church is located at 89 Colborne Street. All are welcome to be engaged! Some of the artists will be on hand to meet and greet.
