Well last weeks sermon didn’t get recorded. We are doing some technology upgrading and the software for recording the sermon got missed. This coming week will be recorded, promise.

The preach brought by Al (Gardener) came from Isaiah 30. He centred in on verse 15. This is where the image of “Grandma’s candies” comes in.

Are you stuck? Have the things you done in your life imprisoned you? Have your mistakes defined you? The verse says “repentance and rest is your salvation”. I think we all need a little of this R&R, but why are we affraid? Why don’t we repent and rest? If you are stuck, why not let the Holy Spirit do a work in you.

I am curious to hear comments on why we don’t break-up the things in our lives that keep us stuck. Do we just keep ourselves busy, trying to forgot? Are we so busy that we just can’t stop, for fear of never catching up?
